RANCHO PN FOR 4INCH SUPERCREW LIFT
FYI,
I called Rancho again today and the woman I spoke to knew something the other four guys I spoke to this week there didn't know. That is that there is a special Rancho kit for the Supercrew and it's different than the Supercab short bed. The 3 inch blocks Rancho uses in the rear are flat not tapered and therefore should be ok to stack with the oem per Rancho.
4inch lift PN 6488
Front Shocks RSX17329
Rear Shocks RSX17311
Funny thing is she told me that the ride WILL be stiffer in the front because it IS required that the torsion bars a turned up a little more to get the full additional 4 inches of height. I wish I remember this gal's name because she gave the best info out of the 5 personel I spoke with.
Another funny thing is I called Arizona Offroad or whatevery they're called in the 4X mag's and the women there insisted that Rancho had a different kit for the SuperCrews. I even called Rancho twice to confirm and both guys said "no" it's the same as the supercab short bed. None of the guys at the other places I called to price the Rancho said this. Looks like the men are eating womens dust on this one.
Jerry.
