Thumbs up Warranty work

Last week while adjusting my passenger side power mirror I heard a big "pop". The mirror popped and broke off the three plastic supports that hold the mirror in place. I was not a happy camper, as I have only had the truck for three months.

I called the dealer I bought it from and they set up an appointment to fix it. One hour later I had a new mirror and a new cap from my dealer.

This process was painless and I found the dealer to be great to work with. I talked with my salesman while I waited, comiserated with him over the slow car sales. (He said if it were not for Super Crews they would really be stuggling for business)

My hat is off to Friendship Ford in Bristol, TN for a painless and simple process. I hope if any of you have warranty work to be done it goes as smoothly as mine did.

Oh it will for me, as I will be the tech that works on it. That is the great part that Ford pays me to work on my own stuff(under warranty) And I am pretty sure that the work will be done right and I won't be taking it in the***!
