Bed Extender

The entire operation to install a lock on each side of my bed extender as shown, took all of 15 minutes! See photos below.
I now leave it in my bed retracted with the tailgate up, or extended with the tailgate down and never have to worry about it!!!

Got my "Bed X-tender" aftermarket from Cabela's and installed it myself. The brackets go in right side up and plastic hinges prevent removal while the tail gate is up. Of course the Screw tailgate locks
