Exclamation Most wanted crew cab pickup

I was just reading Edmund's list of Most Wanted and their pick for the crew cab is a
Dodge Dakota!

I beleive it! There are far more Dakota 4 doors running around here than there are Supercrews. Cost factor alone is I'm sure the main reason, the Dakota is far less expensive. But the Dakota is also much less truck too! These people just have NO idea of what they're missing!!

ScrewZilla,
I can't belive that is most wanted. I was looking at it, and it is not very impressive. I'm a big guy 6'4" and when the salesman shut the door at the lot, I thought I was going to need traction. But sitting in my Screw I have inches to spare and a better ride. What more can you ask for, except maybe those new rear seats....

JazzVT,
I'm 6'2" and felt a bit squeezed in the Dakota.
The "real" problem I have with Dodge is their QC or lack thereof. They have a cool design group but quality control is lacking.

I find it amusing that the Dakota is hot stuff. Down here in the Houston area there are so many SCrews on the road. I even think the Toyota Tundra out number the Dakotas here. I looked at the Dakota at the same auto show I saw the SCrew debut and there was no comparison between them.

To make is short......the Dakota is a SuperCrew wannabe!

Thumbs down

I tried them all. The dakota quad didn't have nearly the head room of the S-Crew, which I now have in my Driveway.
