Post Its worth the wait

After 19 weeks, I finally got to pick up my new truck. I still don't fully understand why it took so long, I'm just glad that it's at my house. The first thing I did was take it down to Discount Tire and get new wheels and tires. The 285/75/16 fit well and I didn't need to crank up the torsion bars. I do wish the wheels had a little more offset (to give the truck a wider stance), but they are ok.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the truck. It looks good, it drives well and it even fits in the garage.

Looks great. The silver with the white looks great and so do the new wheels and tires.

I found it interesting to look into the future and see your truck. (The date said 12-5-00, you wouldn't happen to have a sports page with scores from the games the next few weekends would you? It might help me pay for all the stuff I have done and want to do for SCrew)

Congrats and welcome to the club of the best looking trucks on the road!

Thanks MIKEnTN, I corrected the mistake in photopoint. But now I'm wondering how many times I wrote the wrong date on all of the papers I just signed. Oh well.

Congrats DJer!
It's a great drive, especially with aftermarket wheels and tires.
Have you been using your propane? My truck won't go up hills worth beans on it, but its great for driving all over town.

I've been running the propane around town, and I haven't noticed too much difference. When I took the truck up to Prescott this last weekend, I ran gas all the way up the mountain. Next time I go I'll have to try the propane.

What does your neighbor with the big silver Cheby think

Great looking truck. I really think the wheels and tires make it look like a 4x4 don't you.
