Question stock stereo replacement

I have a 2001 supercrew with a single cd. I want to install a cd changer. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to get? Is my truck wired for a changer? I would like to have a in dash cassette also.

There have been a couple of fellows here on the board who have offered to sell a) their changers, and b) their entire unit.

I have the 'deluxe' Ford version -- and think it kicks butt (perhaps I've never heard a relly good one, heh heh)! It won't flap the fenders when on extra loud, but I've never needed any more drive than it has built-in.
