Pricing
Just picked up my new Super Crew. F-150 XLT, 4x4, Toredor Red with Silver two tone, medium graphite int., 5.4 engine, limited slip 3.55, power drivers seat, skid pad, running boards, tow package, sliding rear window. MSRP 32,185, paid $28890 or $100 over invoice. Took my company letter head and faxed a request for bids to 14 dealers in this area and played them off against each other. Had seven dealers respond, three with imediate offers to sell around invoice price. Found the one I with the equipment I wanted and told them to give me the lowest price and showed them my other bids. Bought from Friendship Ford in Bristol, TN. Found them to be very easy to deal with. Handled all the paperwork via fax, they had it all ready when I got there, signed and was gone.
Process was painless. I highly recommend using the fax or email to request bids. I dealt directly with the sales manager at this dealer and it was the lowest key car deal I have ever had. Using Edmonds helped substanially, knowing invoice prices and incentives, before I went to a dealer.
The truck is awesome. After driving a Nissan Pathfinder for several years I cannot believe how much better this truck rides, plus how much more room it has. Even my 13 year old son who loves cars, thinks dad is pretty cool with his new truck.
I urge anyone considering the Super Crew to compare its features (I looked at Dodge Dakota Quad Cabs also) and buy it. You will be glad you did.

I couldn't agree more. I bought mine through local dealer E-Mail solicitation and purchased it for inventory price plus FDAF and Gas ($134.00). Saved $4,200 compared to MSRP!!! Words can't express how happy I am with this truck.
