I didnt want leather either. Had it in my last vehicle. Never again.

The only thing desireable on the Lariats is the keypad, and Ive got one on order. XLTs and Lariats are wired the same, so adding an option is easy. What else would you want? Turn-signal mirrors? Whoop-de-do. Im sure Id smack them getting in and out of the garage.

You're absolutely right about this not being rocket science. It's a simple question concerning where these "new" options are listed. Your URL certainly shows before and after 7/10/00 prices but I challenge you to show me anywhere in the URL you gave where these additional options that were named (i.e. lighted vanity mirrors, rear captains chairs, etc) are listed. I certainly didn't see them in the URL you gave under XLT or Lariat edition.

I bought the XLT and I didn't settle for anything less than the truck I wanted. I didn't want leather either. You will love your truck when it comes in.

xlt-leather wrap color keyed strg. wheel and
remote entry now std.

lariat-vanity mirrors now lighted

4.6 now has 20 more hp.

didn't notice a radio difference(maybe i'd
better look again.

Harley super crew is to have rear captains
chairs and leather covered consoles.

I would also like the body colored wheel well molding, fully automatic headlamps, bigger wheels and tires, lighted vanity mirrors and body colored grill.

 

Drivin-

Body-colored wheel well moldings and auto headlamps are std on the XLT, bigger wheels and tires are and option on the XLT, lighted vanity mirrors and body colored grill are not avail on the XLT.

Do you really need a lighted vanity mirror? If so, you could just order it separately from the parts department (same goes for the grill).

 

Body colored wheel well modings are only standard on the 4x4 XLT not the 4x2.
