slight vibration

Question slight vibration

guys,, this is my first 4x4 is it normal to have some sterring wheel vibration at 70/75 mph. factory goodyears 17 inch.?

Absoutly not!
Not even at 85 or 95. Your truck was built to ride and drive as smooth as glass. Sounds like its time for a little trip to the dealer for a free alignment check.

thanks crewchief,, it may have to go back .. it is very slight,, seems like a balance or alignment concern.. by the way your web site is great,,, and looks like your crew is as well... thanks for the assist..

nickG,

mine also is going in for a check this week. The front tire tread appears to be wearing irregularly. You cant feel any problem in the steering or handleing but you can see that something isn't right on the tread. Granted the Goodyear RT/S aren't the greatest tires but I dont want to replace them before I have to.

Thanks for the comments on the web page but it's due for a facelift and an update in a couple of weeks. Seriously needs some cool graphics and all new truck pics as soon as my SnugLid gets here.
