Is it possible to order a supercrew from the fleet dealer? I know you can order other F-150's but hadnt heard of anyone doing this with there super. Any comments?

If you are talking about ordering on the A or X plan, Ford has said it does not apply to the SCrew or Super Duty series. Maybe later when sales slow down.
