Post Uneven Paint in Roof Water Channels

After taking deliver and putting just over 100 miles, I washed my truck to see if there were any imperfections that were initially missed. Had already noticed a small wrinkle in pinstriping and a few dirt specks that were painted over, but something that is pretty noticeable is uneven paint applied in the two water channels on roof. I don't know if this would be noticeable on a dark color, but it is obvious on oxford white. Looks like spray gun is not directed toward channels properly. Has anyone else noticed this?

Just noticed some imperfections in the roof channels as I was washing mine yesterday. Not too light, but too heavy a spray.
My '96 Explorer has a similar problem, but with 73K on it so far, no rust or flaking.
