Question Fuse block question

I need to wire a radar detector and a rechargable Maglite into the fuseblock
on my Supercrew. I noticed there are several
empty fuse slots - does anyone know if they
are hot? And if so, is there any amp limit?

does your rechargable light have a cigarette plug adapter. i have a scanner mounted in the front driver map pocket door (wires running under dash into second power plug), cell phone (in the other power plug), and a stinger rechargable light behind the passenger seat behind the bin panel (plugged into the power point there). also have a ac/dc converter there as well. a simple switch of the plugs and i'm ready.
