Just thought of something, is it possible that a bug deflector can interfere with the airflow to create more noise with the moonroof? This might be comparing apples and oranges, but I was just wondering while reading these post, about some of you having complaints and others don't??????

Maz, can't really tell from the pictures if my deflector is like your's or not. Mine is a 3 sided plastic or nylon deflector that is (too) flexible. If I lift it slightly (maybe 3/16") the vibration stops and the wind goes over the roof instead of into the truck.
No luck with the dealer, yet. I had to put off going leaving my truck with them until next week.
Also, I don't have a bug deflector.
