Moon roof stuck in open position

The Expedition forum is pretty slow so I thought maybe someone on this one could help. My wife's 2004 Expedition has the moon roof stuck in the open position and I can't get it at least closed. I'm pretty sure it's the same moon roof as a Supercrew so I was hoping someone might have an idea. Is there a place to manually close them?

There is a 4mm hex to crank it closed manually but you have to drop the headliner to access it. It is in the middle of the roof behind the slider. I had to crank mine last year. I haven't opened it since but I plan to make a small hole in the headliner and cover it with one of those plastic pieces they use to hold it up. Then I will be able to crank it shut without dropping the headliner.
The unit is made by Webasto.

Thanks for the help, I was able to remove the 4 screws holding the DVD player to the ceiling but no matter how hard I tried pulling it off it won't go. Apparently that's the location of the hex nut to crank it closed. Don't want to break it so I guess I'm off to the dealer$$$$$

Update: $250. to have them manually close it and disconnect power or $500. to replace the motor and have it working again. I knew these moon roofs would be trouble for me someday.

My 03 stuck open due to a bad switch. The signs of a bad switch are it will open the moon roof but not close. Of course you need to ohm test the switch to varify. The problem I created for myself was I kept pushing the switch until I knocked it off track and had to manually crank it back on. It does require dropping the headliner to access the motor.
