Talking Invite to the next Texat Rally

Hello all, I just wanted to let all of yall know that we here in the Texas area would love to have you attend our next Rally. We just had one in DFW and after going through my pics I have noticed that we need some Superduties, F250s, Expeditions, Excursions and Early Model F150s as well so if you are around Texas please think about showing up to our next Rally. If you don't know where the next Rally is please check out the Event and Happening Threads or email me at the below address. There are two big ones upcoming in San Antonio and one in Austin (Texas Heatwave) If you would like to see how our last Rally went please take a look at the Pic threads in the Events Threads as well or check out the ones we have on SS97Ford's page. http://communities.msn.com/SS97FordsPics

Again I would like to humbly apologize for not posting up before our last Rally in DFW, but I hope that this may rectify it.

Hope to see you soon.

I bet San Antonio is pretty in April.
I retire 3/31/00 and expect to be "on the road" later that day - for sure by 4/1/00
If any of you see my rig rolling down the hiway, give me a honk and wave
I plan to travel the continent...

Mumbly,
What do you think of the ******* Tonneau? Did you look at any others?

SuperCrew,

First sorry for the late responce. I have been changing over to a DSL line and Not been able to log on.

I love the ******* Cover. I checked out the Snugtop as well and found that they are both great tops. I got the ******* because I found a place that had one and for a very good price (around 500) so I grabed it. One thing to think of is the ******* has a Black hard plastic that covers the edge. The Snugtop comes with or without it. With a Blue truck you might want to check out the Snugtop.

Question

Mumbly-

I also ordered a S-crew, green. I take it the Snug top would cover the OEM molding?? Correct? I have been looking for a flush mount top that is light weight enough to remove yet not flimsy. I would get black because of the molding. Having trouble finding one, so I may go with a "lid" IF I can find a real low profile that still hides the molding. Will check again on Snugtop.

Cool

Yep the snug and ******* both are over the edge and very low profile. My father(BlackHawk) and I both have ******** and Love them. His is three years old and still looks great. Snug is also a great product. As for taking the Top of it would be advised to have a friend handy just so you don't mess up the top or truck. It could be man handled by one person but it much easier with a helping hand.
