does anybody know what the wires are going to the stock clutch fan are used for? i'm thinking about going to a e-fan, and i was wondering if i unhook the wires, will it cause a chech engine light. thanks for any help.

 

think they go to some sort of electric clutch to make the fan spin faster when the motor gets hot unplug them and run it see if the light comes on you can always plug it back up if it does then youll know
