Just got my new Westin stepbars installed!
I ordered Westins' platinum oval 4" step bars for my 08 SCrew and got them installed. The wife was impressed: it only took an hour.
I'll get pictures up later, as I need to wash the truck first.
I like these a lot HOWEVER, if any of you are thinking of them, the rear pad area isn't as far rear-ward as it should be. They need to either lengthen the rear pad area 3 inches to the rear or move the pad. The problem is that I think they use the same bar for the SuperCab and SuperCrew. It is workable and no big deal, but I would personally like it if they were 3" further back for the rear passengers.
I wish I had known this beforehand. It might have changed my mind, but maybe not. I just wanted to let all of you know.
As I said, pictures will be added later. First work, a wash and then camera time after the wife's birthday.
