Block will keep the ride smoother right? I really don't load it down too often but added strenght from an AAL would be nice. Not sure what to do. If the guys at the shop do the block for free then I'm headed that direction. Advice.....

Mine is blocked. Rides the same with it as it did before. How much of a load do you expect to be putting on that thing anywho that you'll need an AAL? As for strength ... your driving a Ford ! LOL
