got a 2003 truck with 5.4 my pcm failed so i changed it out now my keys dont work i guess pats i am in houston tx and was wondering if ONLy the ford dealer can reprogram the keys to the pcm.or are there other guys out there

 

I would go to the dealer and ask them to wave the diagnostic fee because all you want is the keys programmed. This has worked for me in the past.
