Question Replacing Driver Mirror please help 05 screw

Hey guys. Complete newbie to this forum. I'm selling my truck and someone broke the mirror. I have the new mirror and need to replace it. Any idea how to get it off? Apparently I have to take off the interior door panel. Please help.

Thanks.

The mirror mounting screws are exposed after the door panel has been removed. In plug the mirror then remove the retainers holding the mirror on.

on my 07 screw this is how:
above the door handle is a little square cover, pop that off it expose 2 screws, take them out.
pop off the power window switch cover, just take a screwdriver and pop it out, there are 2 connectors that need unhooking
while your there, there is 1 bolt inside the arm rest area (just look its there)
pop off the speaker grate, its just snaps on there, 4 screws need to come out and the speak will fall use caution, unhook the speaker.
the 4 plastic plug things behind the speaker (nice terminology ) need to be popped out, i used an automotive fastener tool to pop them out, they break easy
there should be 2 more screws on the bottom of the door panel
now the door panel should be from to come off
its a tight fit, pull up and you'll see it slowly coming off, then when you get it off you need to unhook the cable thats attached to the doorlatch, you'll see its just a force fit, a little pry with a screwdriver and its free.
the mirror has 1 plug in unhook it and take the nuts off the back side. leave 1 nut on there and hold the mirror before you take the last one off, otherwise it wall fall on the paint.
thats a quick how to on taking that panel off, this is how it was on my 07, should be similar i would assume.

Here is everything you need, with pics for removing the door panel.

BTW this is for LT handles but removing the door panel is all the same.
