I'm happy with my 08 sheet metal and interior. I would be down wit the 09 5.8L, new tranny options and any other mechanical upgrades though. The Tundra and 6.0L from GM definitely raised the bar on Ford there...

Meanwhile, if the manufacturers keep bumping up the Liters, 150 is going to be the engine size before too long.

"Yep, I've got an F150Liter!"!

I like the headlights but Jimmmmmmmeny Crickets that grille is H-U-G-E. Draws your eyes to it instead of anything else. That's rediculous.

The chrome grille looks too much like a GMC/Chevy for my tastes. The plastic, I guess FX4/F-250 style, grille is OK.

LOVE that interior!

Well so far I give it a thumbs up, there are a few things I hate (too many dash buttons, not a big fan of the mirrors, and the "raised" Ford emblem on tailgate) but I'm sure I'll grow in to it.

I had been planning on running my '05 until it is dead, but if the Diesel comes out in 2010 then around 2011 I may be looking for a new truck! I didn't like a few things about the '04-'08 style when it came out but I'm sure this truck will grow on me as well!

I am a Ford man but I don't like it right now. I am going to have to let it grow on me.
