When I shut off the truck the radio stays on after I open the door (the dome lights will shut off though).
Any suggestions?

 

If you're talking about opening the rear doors this is normal - the radio will stay on. If it's still on after opening either the driver side or passenger side front door I'd take it by the dealer (if under warranty) or by a car stereo shop to have them take a look at it.

 

Do you have the OEM HU or aftermarket?

yeah mine too... and the lights dont come on when i open doors.. just started out of the blue....

 

they had problems with the windshield leaking and letting water get in the g.e.m., fuse panel and wiring. check the wiring under the carpet beside the drivers seat , last one i had in the shop there was a mountain of corrosion under the carpet. I think there is a tsb or recall for tis too, but not sure
