My bone-head Ford dealer says that my keyless unit may be an aftermarket part - I highly doubt that (I bought the truck used, but it was a lease return from a contractor - there's no reason for them to put on an aftermarket keyless unit...). Is there anyway to tell if it's authentic Ford??? It looks very stock to me.

I've found the box too, but there is no power going to my keyless unit (won't light up/lock doors). Could it be disconnected? Is it difficult to remove the interior of the door and investigate that?
