I searched the fourms on how to take the back bench out of my 04' screw and i couldn't find anything. I know i have to take out the main foldible piece of the bench but where do i get the tool for that because if you've seen it's like a star type screw il take any help thanks

 

I don't know off the top o my head, but you're speaking of a Torx head bolt. A set of torx wrenches can be bought at most any auto store and Sears.

If there's a 'post' in the center of said star... it's a security torx.
