Fresh from the Dearborn assembly line, a 2007 FX4 Luxury Package.

How come your door handles are painted but the mirror caps are not? Did you have them painted or did they come that way? I thought it was just a King Ranch thing...

They came that way. The Luxury Package lets you get the Lariat's deluxe mirrors or the King Ranch mirrors. I think I have the King Ranch mirrors.

There's also an option to get a two-tone paint job like the Lariat & King Ranch, in which case you also get the two-tone mirrors.

I really like FX4 dash cluster. Very nice truck! I just wish they offered FX4's in tan leather.

Nice truck. I like it.

Damn, 20" wheels? I'd have to keep those Pirellis on there as long as possible. New ATs are gonna be expensive when it becomes time.

hehehe

That's the first thing my wife said when I brought the truck home!

I thought 18 inch AT tires were expensive, but they got nothing on 20's! Maybe if I put away $20 a month, I might be able to afford a new set of 20's in four years.

Thumbs up

man, that sure is a nice truck... my 03 fx4 is an xlt, and your guage display makes mine look like something out of the nineteenth century... sweet ride! keep up w/ the detailing, and it will look that good for the whole life of the truck!

The 2007 is pretty much an exact clone of my 2005 FX4. I kept 3 coats of clear synthetic wax on the 2005, so it looked just like new when I traded it in. With the two trucks parked side by side at the dealer, the mechanics had a hard time telling which FX4 they had to take to the used lot!

I love the FX4 gauges. I just wish Ford could make a comfortable leather captain's chair!

Nice truck. Wish I had been able to afford the FX4 when I got mine.
