There i was minding my own business, when out of a side parking lot Wham!! Some DA pulls out and smashes into the side of my truck! I just got this clunking in the front end fixed and was driving along thinking "man i love my truck". Then i see this little escort pull out into the side of me. He didnt even look. I got out and yelled a few choice words and he got back in his car. The woman behind me got out and started yelling at him "You didnt even look!" He got out again and started saying his foot slipped off the brake, she yelled back dont even start that you didnt even look. The cops came and this guy doesnt even have insurance! So now i'll probably get stuck paying my own deductable if my insurance company cant get it out of him. I told the cop thats a load of crap because all i was doing was driving legally and he rams into me and i gotta pay for it. "thats no fault insurance for you". BS.

 

Wow sorry to hear about your bad luck there. It would have been really hard for me to stick with just choice words because a couple weeks back I was rear ended and I was ready to fight until I saw it was this 70 year old lady that hit me and there was no damage to my truck.

Insurance is the biggest scam ever invented!

 

Someone hit my truck in a parking lot at my old job (Lowes) years ago. I didn't know about it until I got off work. No note or anything I was in an are that wasn't on camera. My insurance fixed it but I can't remember if I had to pay the deductable or not. I do know my rate didn't change from it.

Sorry about your truck. What did the cop do with the guy that hit you ?? He should have gone stright to jail.
