The passengers side front window in my 01 screw messed up today and just wanted to know how hard the door panel is to remove.

 

Couldn't be any easier. You got two screws at the bottom, one behind the door handle cup, and one behind the panel with the window and door switches on it.You'll see a notch in the door handle cup for prying, but watch the vinyl. You remove the switch panel by lifting up on the front side but be careful here too as the clips that hold it down are plastic. Once you get the screws out, lift the panel straight up not out. Remove the speaker. DO NOT DRILL OUT THE RIVETS!(long story) There are dimples in the door skin right where the motor bolts are located. Drill those out with a 3/4" hole saw. Pull the three motor bolts and reach through the speaker hole to retrieve the motor.
