Sounds like your IAC (Idle Air Control) valve may have some carbon build up in it. You may also have some gunk in your throttle body. I would spay some carb cleaner ( sensor safe type) while the engine is running and see if that helps to clean it up. Have someone sit in the truck and giveit some gas while you are doing this to keep the revs up and keep it from dieing. There should be a vacume hose in the intake tube you can pull and spray through that. Just make sure the straw from the carb cleaner does not fall in and get sucked into the motor (hold it securely with your hand while spaying). You can also buy the gasket for cheap, pull off the IAC and clean it with the same sensor safe carb cleaner.

My money is on the IAC as the problem...

It would cause the engine to stumble a bit at idle, since you said its when its in park thats what lead me to believe the IAC is at fault. If you pull the vacume line and spray into the intake tube (where vacume line is attached), it should help. If it does help somewhat, buy a IAC gasket and pull the IAC off and clean it out good. You should also pull the intake tube off the throttle body and clean it well also, the IAC has a little hole (port) inside the throttle body, this probably has gunk in it as well. The IAC is attached to the throttle body, and looks like a little canistor. Don't pull off the TPS (throttle position sensor) by mistake, which is also on the throttle body. You should be able to tell it is the IAC, just remember it looks like a little canistor.

The link below is of a dodge neon throtthe body, but you can see the IAC and the TPS. So look for something similar, hope this helps....
