which k&n filter charger

Im looking to put the filter charger on my 01 5.4 .There seems to be two to choose from, The series 77 and the generation II . Does any one know the diff. between the two?

Go with the Gen 2, it has a hard plastic pipe where as the 77 series has a chrome pipe and will get alot hotter.
