my supercrew seems to miss when it rains

I just bought a 2001 Supercrew and whenever it rains or there is a lot of moisture it seems to act like it is missing when i drive it, after a short while then it seems to clear up. Any ideas????

Is it coil on plug, 5.4 or plug wires 4.6?? If it is a 5.4 you have a bad coil. If it is a 4.6 replace the spark plug wires.
