Does anyone know where to get a replacement screw for the third brake light.

A toolbox or hardware store. I'm sure if you bring the other one into a store, you can match it up with a similar screw.

So you just need the 'screw' to hold it in place?

You can try to find a totalled F-150 in your local salvage yard, unscrew that long sucker, and pay the may a couple of bucks...

Hardware store. It's just a brake light, there's nothing real exacting about the screws holding it in unless you're picky.
