New SCREW owner.

Howdy guys, I hope this is the place to intro myself. I am converting from a long time GM owner to a FoMoCo owner. Been a long time member of FullSizeChevy.COM and now need a new home to chat on since I switched. First impressions of my truck are perfect. Quiet, smooth, tons of room, and does everything I need it to. I am extremely happy with my purchase, have had for almost 2 months now. Pictures soon to come.

Few details:
05 4wd SCREW XLT 5.4L / 3.73 gears
2" Autospring leveling kit
16612 Magnaflow kit
Full billet grille kit
Extang tilt tonneau
Westin bed extender
XM Commander
Line-X
Ford F150 bed mat
K&N drop in

Near future mods:
Wheels and tires (33's)
Billet gas door

Welcome! Did not take you long to get the mods going! I traded a Silverado in on my truck and I love my Ford.

Thanks for the welcomes guys. Yeah, my last Silvy had an STS turbo, and tons of other mods, I am what you may call a nut when it comes to my rides. I have only begun to mod this one but I think this one will be a longer project since I am held into this truck for the next 5 years...

Yes, pics of your ride are a must. How will we know what you "look" like otherwise?

Welcome.

Congratulations! Welcome to the site - lots of helpful people here. Hey, maybe you should talk to my diehard Chevy friend and help me talk him into buying a Ford . . .

Now that would be some funny ch!t. I will never knock a GM though, alway been good to me personally, but I love my new SCREW a lot more than any of my other trucks in the past

Well guys, I took some shots today, sorry the truck is dirty (darn bugs). I just picked up my next project also. I purchased the P.I.E. adapter for the AUX inputs to run my XM Commander. I will be installing it where the cigarette lighter is now. I will post some pics of the install.

Welcome to the site! Great lookin' S'crew, sure makes me want a new one. But, with only 92000 miles on my '02 I'll have to keep it for a couple of more years. Good luck and have fun

Welcome aboard. Hard to beat a 2005 FoMoCo SCrew. The technology in that truck will probably be available on the 2011 Silvy, so you've got a jump on your Chevy friends.
