need help

need help

i have a o5 screw with 800 miles.i have noticed a hole in my frame thats not factory,what should i do. the truck does not go off road i feel it something that happen at the factory,what is your advice on what i need to do?

I don't understand you said you think the hole in the frame wasn't factory then you said it came from the factory.

A picture may be worth many words....

i guess i saying that the hole is more like a punture hole in it ,not a factory made hole ,if that helps

i can only think it was done at the factory,i think it going to hurt the strenght of the frame,sorry got no pic of it

I think I know what your saying. Mabey the stock of steel that the MFR received had a bad place in it and it was not caught before it went into production. I would take it back to the ford place where you bought it. However, I can almost guarantee they will say that it will not degrade the overall strength of the frame. You might have a hard time proving that it will. I really don't know if it will or not. Just my cents .0001 worth.

weel i took truck to dealer today they looked at the hole it is normal i did check out other trucks they all have the same thing,thanks for the help

dealer called today said they need to replace the rear end and they are trying all kinds of things to correct the front end pull,truck still in shop,also they said low feon in a/c thats as far as they got so far ,still need to address the engine ,well see what happens the service forman said they need to replace the gears in the rear end because of vibration,,whats next
