2005 Supercrew 4x2

Any 2005 owners here? Have any of you experienced a "helicopter" type noise when you have the front windows up and either of the rear passenger windows down? My dealership is saying this is normal!!! What????

Email me please.

It's wind noise. It will get worse the faster you drive. It is common on all 4 door vehicles.

it is normal. Its the airflow over the truck. Remember that they are windtunnel tested with the windows up.

Its an easy fix. Crack one of the front windows 1/2-1" and that will remove most of the noise.

Don't here it on my 2004 SCREW Lariat! I am impressed on how quiet the new body F150's are.

What Wandell said......I find it has the least amount of "buffeting" when all 4 windows are down......even OK at freeway speeds with the stereo cranked!!
