How in the heck do you get to those lights? Has anyone had to replace the bulbs in there yet? If so, what kind of "door surgery " does it require and what size are they?

This is my second F-150, loved the first and love the second. I have 22 inch wiper blades, a K&N filter, and a spring loaded oil drain plug. I took the FX4 decals off. Sometimes I wish I left them on, but I've had some bad luck with decals peeling, and then the paint is faded, so I just used a hairdryer and removed them the day I took delivery of the truck. I'm not much for doing mods, I have other ways I waste my money...
