Different Generations of S-crews?

Ok, just to answer a question that's been nagging me ever since I've been a member of this Forum:

I've noticed that some S-crew owners have "Gen. III" trucks. What does that mean? My truck was born 08/01, but the window sticker says 2002. What "Gen" is mine?
What are the noticeable differences between the generations of the trucks?

Thanks to all who reply.

Not sure the difference in a Gen 1 and Gen 2, but the most noticable difference in the Gen 3 is the adjustable headrests and the absence of the armrests on the front captain's chairs.

Yep, I think it's the difference in the seats. They changed in late 01 to the style with the adjustable head rests and they are not as flat as the older seats.

When I ordered my truck in 11/2000, I actually ordered based on a Gen II, however, when I took delivery 12/2000, I got a Gen III. Dealer did not tell me they were changing which pissed me off b/c I could have gotten butt warmers. I do wish they had left the fold-down arm rest in the rear seat though - not sure why they took that out.
