The towing question is one thing I am going to find out soon. I will let you know how it does.

Lowered

Thanks for the reply! With me driving a 4x4 I don't think towing our boat should be a problem. As with my truck I think it sits up higher stock than the 4 x2's.

I really would love to lower it soon, as i really dislike the space between the wheel wells. Looking forward to hearing from you on the towing. Thanks Agin!!

For what it's worth - mine is a 4x2 with a 1"/2" drop, but I did come accross a guy on a different website who lowered his 4x4. I'm not sure how he went about it, but if I remember right, his heights from the center of the wheel to the wheel well lip (which is about the best way to compare drops) were the same as a stock 4x2 - maybe a little lower in back to level it out some. He seemed pretty happy with it. If I come accross the post again, I'll try to relay.

Okay, I'm new at posting pics here, but here goes. Here's my gallery:

The Halloween picture is the one with both the front coils and the rear shackles. I now have a Jason lid on my truck, and it leveled it out a bit more. I'm really happy with the way it looks right now. More pics when I get a chance.

Lowered

After you have lowered your truck has the overall ride and driveability suffered at all? Either in city driving or highway?

If anything, I think mine handles better now, both in town and on the road. Mine wasn't a radical change, though.
