Talking Wheel Moulding?

Good Day fellows (and ladies) I just bought a 2002 F-150 Supercrew 4X4 and brought it home today. It's my first Ford since 1967 and I can say I'm pleased as punch so far.

Question..my wife.com wants me to put on aftermarket wheel lip mouldngs or fender flares. She says it makes it look nicer...so I'm asking for advice on what make and style would be suitable for the truck.

Thanks

Russ in Toronto

I like the OEM fender flares. I thought all 4x4's came with them. Bushwhacker makes a similar, but larger, flare that looks good. I'm not a fan of chrome wheelwell mouldings, if that is what you are talking about.
Also, welcome to the site.

I like the OEM look better also. Are you planning on running bigger tires in the future?

I'm not totally sure, but I think the factory ones only come in gray. Mine are gray (factory), and I have not seen any other colours.
