Cyber White any good

Recently purchase 9007 Xenon Quartz Cyber Whites. Haven't put them in yet, I see alot of talk about Sylvania Superstars. I'm I making a big mistake by putting these in?

Heh, this will be a matter of personal opinion so don't expect a straight answer. The only way to tell is to try both and make the decision for yourself. Buy the SilverStars locally at Autozone or Pepboys and if you don't like 'em, return em.

Seeing that the "dealer" doesn't recommend changing them at all, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to put anything in there that might damage my wiring.

Well that you should do no matter what you put in there. Do the math and make sure that if you're going to install something that isn't stock, that your OEM wiring harness can handle the extra juice. I know that you can run the Sylvania SilverStars 9007ST's on the stock wiring w/o any problems. What you need to compare is the Wattage the Xenons have compared to stock. (it should be clearly written on the base plug of the blub). If they're the same, then plug them in and be done with it.

As for your dealer telling you not to touch them...he/she doesn't know what they're talking about other than to maybe save you some money. Halogen bulbs SHOULD be replaced at least once a year to maintain the upmost performance...as the years go by so does their ability to put out light.
