I was wondering if it was possible to remove the manual **** HVAC controls in my 01 Supercrew and install a digital unit like the Eddie Bauer Expeditions and 02+ Lariat Supercrews. If so, is it as simple as plugging it in or do I have to re-wire? Has anyone ever done this?

Lots of work and money. Not plug and play. Requires temp sensors that our 01's do not have.
