Electrical plug under passenger seat?

Does anyone know where the electrical plug under the passenger seat goes? The seat is completely mechanical (i.e.- not power), and it's not heated. I took the seat out so an upholstery shop could fix my squeaky lumbar support and when I re-installed the seat, I found myself left with a lone connection that doesn't seem to have a home. Any ideas?

I think it's for your seatbelt.

'Doh, nevermind, jumping to conclusions again....

The electrical plug under the seat is for heated seats ford made a lariat and xlt wiring harness the same if u look were ur radio is u will also have the electonic 4x4 plug which is not powered but it is there. The plugs are dead but they are still part of the wiring harness.
