Driveshaft or U Joint Ext Warranty?

Hi there,
My truck is an '02 screw with 75,000kms on it. It is over the 60k bumper to bumper (but still under the 36mo timeframe FWIW).
I've noticed and increased vibration coming from either the driveshaft or u-joints. I'm going to take the truck in on Monday but just thought I check in here with the real experts, is this covered by the truck's extended powertrain warranty or is it only part of the initial bumper to bumper wty?
Thanks for your help!

Most extended warranties with powertrain coverage include the u-joints.
