tire/rim size and geargin

I am trying to familiarize myself with some of the options on the 2001.

Can anyone tell me what tire and rim sizes were available on teh 2001 and what gear ratios were offered and if those ratios directly apply to the tire sizing?

I am looking at a 2001 with what appears to be 5 start chrome rims with smaller tires (just have seen online, waiting for details from owner) and I am used to seeing the 17" rim and larger tires on most 4x4 Supercrews.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Pretty sure all 2001 Supercrews had 3.55:1 rear axle ratio.

16" wheels were standard on XLT and 17" standard on Lariat. You could get 17" wheels on the XLT with the Off Road group or Sport group.

255/70R16 or 265/70R17 were the OEM tire sizes for 4x4 Supercrews.
