What should my asking price be?

Well, i've decided to sell my 2001 supercrew.... I bought a 35 foot 5th wheel, so now i have to step up to the f250. My truck has the 5.4 v8, auto, lariat package, leather, power sunroof, power drivers seat, 4x4, sliding rear window, hard tonneau cover, 6" skyjacker lift, 4.56 gears, 35x12.5x16 pro comp MT's, 16x8 eagle rims, k&n filter, borla stainless steel dual exhaust, a hypertech power programmer III, and rancho 9000 shocks. I also have a brand new pair of custom ladder bars that i paid 500 for, but will sell them with it for $300. I was thinking of asking $22,500.obo. Does that sound resonable? I spent $6000 for the lift, gears, tires, rims, exhaust, and installation. Let me know what you guys think or if anyone is interested in it.

How Much????

Good question! I've seen '03 models here for less than $20000! They don't look near as good as yours, but it seems to be a buyer's market (when I'm selling) and a seller's market (when I'm buying). I've seen some similar to yours (similar mods) for between $20000 to $21000. About using a F250 to pull a 35' 5th wheel, you might want to consider at least a F350. I used a F250 w/7.3PSD to pull my 33' Phoenix 5th wheel and I felt at times I should have gone a little heavier. Good luck!

I agree with retired - while my experience isn't first hand, my father, who was a truck driver for over 20 years (tractor trailer, long haul, HAZMAT etc) just bought a 32' travel trailer and he bought an F350 dually with a 7.3 PSD to do the towing.

In the case of hauling / towing - bigger is better (IMHO). Good luck selling the SCrew! That is a sharp looking truck!
