This may have been covered in another thread already, but I was sitting in the shop yesterday getting my oil changed and read in a Motor Trend (or Road & Track) that Ford is currently working on a 6.2 Liter V-8 that will (quote) "blow the doors off of the new Hemi and Titan trucks". Man, that may make me buy another Ford!!

 

The L and HD already do a good job at that.

 

I blew the doors off the almighty Hemi with my Diablo Chip....now the SuperChip 9100 custom tune is on it's way....Watch out Dodge.!!

yes, the 6.2 will blow away the Hemi... but Dodge is working on a larger 6.1 Hemi that will smoke the 6.2 Hurricane.

as usual, Ford is late to the game with the bigger engines.

that won't stop me from driving thew Ford, I do like the 3v 5.4 and don't require any more engine than that.
