rear helper springs

I need rear helper springs for my 2001 screw 4x4. Which are best, Timbren or Hellwig. Which are easiest for a novice to install?
Thanks for the help!!

Timbren for both answers. Check out http://www.truckspring.com/ if you want to order them off the web. I had them on my old '00 F-350 and they were awesome. Haven't got the time or need yet to put them on my SCrew.

I had the timbrens on my 2nd 150, a '96-----I hauled a 24' fifth wheel at 6000 lbs, and with the timbrens it rode PERFECTLY level. With the bed unloaded, it rode on the regular springs. Definetly cheaper that the helper spring fix.... Hope this helps Kevin
