Are Supercrew rear fenders fiberglass?

Are Supercrew rear fenders fiberglass?
I looked at a 2001 F-150 Supercrew 4x4 Flareside at a dealer and it had fiberglass rear panels (fenders). Are these OEM or does that mean these are aftermarket additions?

The rear outer panels are a composite plastic glass material just like Corvettes. The inner panels of the bed and the whole tailgate are steel.
