Nope..

Are you putting any type of Armor All or other type of glossy "protectant"? If so, don't and put the low gloss.. Glossy protectants are the worst thing you can put on a dash when it comes to glare...

How tall are you? Maybe that's a part of the cause???

I'm ~6'2" so my seat is all the way back. No reflection from me unless I have a paper or something on the dash.

check in the 2004 forum. I believe this is a problem with the 2004's (windshield distortion). I would do a search for you, but at work we have dial-up . I believe some members had replacement windshields under warrenty (also insist on Genuine Ford parts if it gets replaced)

I remember that this used to be a big problem with the Buick Roadmasters back in the late 80's or early 90's. I had a colleague at work at the time who owned one and the glare was so bad on a sunny day he couldn't stand it. From talking to other owners he found a company that sold an attractive color and fabric matched cover that was contour fitted to the dash that solved the problem.

It also kept the dash cooler and prevented the infamous dash sun rot which is a big problem where he lived (Texas).

Annoying, isn't it. Must have something to do with the angle of the windshield. Didn't have this problem on my '02 SC.

As a follow up to my previous post, here are a few examples of what I was talking about. I don't have any experience with or recomend any of them in particular.
