Planning on trading my '01 for an '05 in July; What do I need to know?

 

The 05's won't be available until September or October. Thats why I ordered a new 2004 Supercrew before the cutoff date of June 15th. I have 69,000 miles on my 2001 and need to make a move now to avoid loosing additional value on my trade in. My new one will be built on May 31st. Hoping for additional incentives before its delivered.

 

Yeah; I know I won't be able to take delivery until Sept. Just starting the process. Dealer says they will take orders in July.

 

How can anyone tell you about a truck that does not exist yet?Call the Psycic friends network or maybe a gypsy fortune teller and see what they say.Seriously ,your question makes no sense but to go out on a limb I would say there would be few if any changes to the new 150 in only it`s second year.

With the wait and purchase of a new 2005 F150 you will get a truck that will have all the bugs worked out from the 2004 model.
There have been a few (vibrations, engine fail safe,wind noice, A/C etc.) These are common in a full redesign model.
