where is the multi-function switch on the 2003 F150?

where is the multi-function switch on the 2003 F150?
My problem still exists with the tail lights. All bulbs are ok! No rear blinkers or brake lights. Please help!

where is the multi-function switch on the 2003 F150?
It's "inside" the turn-signal stalk.
